We opened plastic molds of the connectors, sockets, plugs and receptacles. 18AWG pure copper quality wires are employed to manufacture these cables. We can always make the cables with excellent connectivity and durability.
The J1939 female socket is with a locking ring. Rotating the locking ring after plugging assures that the connector won’t come unplugged accidentally.
The end of Deutsch 9-Pin female and Amphenol 9-Pin male connectors can be overmolded or not, according to your needs. If the ends are overmolded, the cables are more sturdy and durable. If not overmolded, the price can be lower because the raw material and labour cost is saved.

The J1939 female socket is Type 2, so its Pin F is with smalller diameter like Pin C and Pin J. Type 2 J1939 female sockets can be compatible with Type 1 or Type 2 J1939 male receptacles.
Pin assignment or pin out
The pin assignment or pin out can be customized according to your needs. If there is no need for more pins to be connected, we suggest we just connect the necessary pins you need. If more pins are connected, the price of the cable will be higher because the raw material and labour cost will be higher.
Application
This is a cable between a J1939 round Deutsch 9-pin female connector, a J1939 Amphenol 9 pin male connector and a HD15 pin female connector. The J1939 +/- data lines are connected to the CAN +/- lines, and the power and ground lines are also connected.
This Y Cable allows port relocation or connection of multiple devices. This Y cable is for heavy duty commercial vehicles that have the J1939 9 pin diagnostic port adjacent to the clutch pedal or in some other inconvenient location.
Some telematics or fleet management devices have the HD15 pin male ports, which can be matched with the HD15 pin female sockets on this cable.
